Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 17, 2026

This policy explains what we do with the information you send us through this website. "We" means Indian Curry Lounge, with restaurants at 2101 Columbia Ave, Lancaster, PA 17603 and 955 Eisenhower Blvd, Harrisburg, PA 17111.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into our forms. Depending on the form, that can include:

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• Reservation details: location, date, time, party size, occasion and seating preference.
• Catering and event details: event date and type, guest count, venue address, budget per guest, cuisines and your organization.
• Dietary needs you choose, such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or mild spice, and anything you write in the notes.
• Your question or message.

You don't need an account, and we don't ask for payment details on this website. Our website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

• To confirm and prepare your reservation, catering order or event.
• To answer your question.
• To reach you if something changes, such as a closure or a timing problem.
• To keep our own records of bookings and catering orders.

We use dietary information only to prepare your food and plan your event.

Marketing

We don't add you to a marketing list just because you send a request. If we ever want to send you offers or news by email or text message, we'll ask for your permission first, and you can stop them at any time by replying to us or emailing the address below.

Who else sees it

We don't sell your information and we don't share it for advertising. It is handled by the services that run our restaurant and website:

• Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets and Apps Script): your request is emailed to the restaurant and saved to a private spreadsheet only our managers can open.
• Netlify: hosts this website and keeps standard server logs.
• Google Fonts: the page fonts load from Google's servers, so Google receives your device's IP address when the page loads.
• Professional advisers, or authorities, if the law requires it.

Links on this site to Menufy, Grubhub, DoorDash, Uber Eats, Instagram and Google take you to companies we don't control. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave our site.

How long we keep it

We keep reservation and question records for about 12 months, and catering and event records for up to 7 years because they relate to our business and tax records. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Your choices

Write to us at the address below and we will:

• Tell you what information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for tax or legal reasons.
• Stop contacting you.

Depending on where you live, such as California, Colorado or the European Union, you may have additional rights. We handle every request the same way, whatever state or country you're in. We will never treat you differently for asking.

Children

This website is meant for adults making reservations and orders. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child sent us something, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security

Requests are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in password-protected Google accounts that only our managers can access. No website can promise perfect security, but we limit who can see your information and remove what we no longer need.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
